Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Uplifted Threads Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Uplifted Threads Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Uplifted Threads Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not controlled by Uplifted Threads Co. and are non-refundable.
